[Always] Recording Ready for Rooms
Sent to the room owner when all attendees have left a room that had a recording.
[Always] Insights Ready for Sessions
Sent to the session organizer when a recording (and thus insights) is ready for a completed session.
[If Necessary] Registrants Exceed Attendee Limit
Sent to the session organizer if they have an upcoming session that has more registrants than the number of attendees that their plan allows for.
