You can reach the Session Support Team in a few ways. The team provides 24/7 email support and live chat support to all Session users from Monday to Friday between the hours of 4:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m CDT or 10:00 a.m - 12:00 a.m GMT.
- In-Product - Click the ? button in the bottom right corner of your Session dashboard or room. Find the Contact support button, fill out your information, describe your issue, and submit. The team will get back to you as soon as they can.
- Email - Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
