Room owners, duplicating an existing room or webinar will save you lots of time if you need to create a new one with the same customizations. You can duplicate a room as many times as you need to!
The process is slightly different for duplicating rooms compared to webinars. Let's get started!
Duplicating a Room
- Login to your room owner account
- From the Home tab, click on All and locate the room or webinar that you'd like to duplicate
- Click on the room tile for the room that you want to duplicate
- Click on Duplicate
- Give your new room a name then click on Duplicate.
That's it!
All the room customizations will be copied over to the duplicated room. You can make changes at any time by accessing the new room's customization panel.
Duplicating a Webinar
The steps to duplicate a webinar room are slightly different from duplicating a normal room.
- Login to your room owner account
- From the Home tab, click on All or Webinars and locate the webinar that you'd like to duplicate
- Click on the calendar icon
- Click on Duplicate
- Enter a name for the new webinar, set the date and time that it is to be held then click on Duplicate
That's it!
All room customizations will be duplicated but can be changed at any time. No participant or signup information will be duplicated.
