How to Change Your Webinar's Scheduled Date and Time

You can change the scheduled start date and time for your webinars that have not started as yet. 

This cannot be done once the webinar is live (was started by the room owner) or after it has ended.

Here's how:

  • Log in to your room owner account
  • From the Home tab/Dashboard locate the webinar that you want to make changes to
  • Click on the room tile to access it's menu
  • Click on the pencil icon next to the date and time 


  • Make your changes
  • Click on Save


The save button will be grayed out unless you make a change here. Select Cancel if you've changed your mind about changing anything here. The save button will also be grayed out if you enter a date in the past.
